File Forge (“the Service”) is operated by Arvem (Wyatt Roberts), an individual developer based in the United States. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

File Forge provides online file conversion. No account is required. Files are processed temporarily and deleted automatically.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload:

• Illegal content
• Malware or harmful files
• Copyrighted material you do not have rights to convert
• Files intended to attack or overload the Service

3. File Handling and Deletion

Uploaded files are stored temporarily for conversion and then deleted automatically. Converted files are also removed after a short retention period.

If you need a file removed sooner, email me with the job ID.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” with no guarantees of:

• Accuracy of conversions
• Availability or uptime
• Compatibility with all file formats

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I (Wyatt Roberts) am not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Damages resulting from use of the Service
• Conversion errors or corrupted files
• Third‑party advertisements displayed on the site

6. Advertising

The Service uses Google AdSense. Ads may be personalized or non‑personalized depending on your region and consent choices.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Note: The server may operate in Florida during academic breaks, but legal jurisdiction remains Virginia.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
